Sundance Market Vendor Guide

Welcome to the Sundance Market!

We are excited to have you join us. Below is all the information you need to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience at our market.

Arrival and Setup

  • Arrival Time: Vendors can start arriving at 9:30 AM. Please arrive no later than 10:15 AM to ensure you have enough time to set up.

  • Check-In: Upon arrival, check in at Vendor Registration located in Sundance Thrift Shop. You will receive your booth assignment and any additional information.

  • Setup Time: All vendors must complete their setup by 11:00 AM.

  • Parking: Vendor parking is available on 2nd St. & C St. After unloading, please move your vehicle to the designated parking area to keep the main area and the parking in front of the event on El Camino clear for customers.

Booth Setup

  • Booth Size: Your booth space is 10 X 10. Please ensure your display fits within this area.

  • Equipment: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, canopies, and any other setup materials. Note: We do not provide canopies, umbrellas, electricity, or shelves.

  • Display Guidelines:

    • All tables must have table covers.

    • All vendors must bring their own shade.

    • No vinyl banners stapled to table covers. Table runners are accepted.

    • No low beach or camp chairs.

During the Event

  • Operating Hours: The market is open to the public from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Vendor Support: If you need assistance during the event, please visit Sundance Thrift Shop.

  • Restrooms: Restroom facilities are available between Sundance Thrift Shop and the dentist.

  • WiFi Access: Please note that WiFi is not available at this event.

  • Safety: Keep your area clean and free of hazards. Please ensure that all cables, cords, and other potential tripping hazards are secured.

Sales and Payments

  • Sales Transactions: Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales transactions. Please bring enough change and a reliable method for accepting payments (e.g., credit card reader).

  • Tax Collection: Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

End of Day

  • Breakdown Time: Breakdown begins at 4:00 PM. Please do not start packing up before this time.

  • Clean-Up: Ensure your area is clean and free of trash before leaving. Dispose of any waste in the designated bins.

  • Check-Out: Before leaving, check out at Sundance Thrift Shop to confirm your departure and provide any feedback about the event.

Additional Information

  • Weather: This is a rain or shine event. Please come prepared for any weather conditions.

  • Insurance: Vendors are responsible for having their own business liability insurance. Sundance Market is not responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during the event.

  • Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency, please contact the Old Town Tustin authorities at (714) 573-3200 or dial 911 for immediate assistance.
